What this site keeps
Published by Stewart Ferris. Last updated September 2026.
Workshop notes
Plot notes, project titles, and beat text live in this browser only (local storage). They are not uploaded, and there is no account. Clearing the site’s data in your browser deletes them.
Visit count
The home page shows a small count of visits. That number is a single tally for the site. It does not store your name, email, or a profile. This browser remembers, for the session, that it has already been counted, so a refresh does not add another visit.
Advertising
Pages include Google AdSense (publisher ca-pub-4446639715209525). Google may use cookies to serve and measure ads. Their description of those technologies is at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. You can manage personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.
Shop links
Book links go to Amazon. UK links use the affiliate tag stewartferris-21. US links use upcottstudios-20. As an Amazon Associate, Stewart Ferris earns from qualifying purchases. Amazon may set its own cookies when you follow those links. Prices and availability are Amazon’s, not ours.
Other sites
Companion studios, share buttons, and stewartferris.com are separate sites with their own practices. This policy covers Threshold only.
